What you actually do

A card battler that respects your commute

Two players, no turns, one Nexus each behind two Guardians. You never steer a unit — you choose what to place, where, and when. Everything after that is the creatures' problem.

⚔️

Fight

Spend Soul Energy to drop autonomous creatures and to aim job spells by hand. Three-minute matches, sudden death if the towers are still standing.

Deterministic rollback netcode — both clients simulate the same match.

🧬

Merge

Duplicates aren't dead weight. Combine two of the same creature into one of the next level, on-chain, all the way to level 10.

Two tokens burn, one stronger token is minted.

🔑

Own

Every creature you seal is a real ERC-721 on Ronin mainnet. Connect your own wallet and they mint straight into it — tradeable anywhere, with or without us.

We pay the gas when you seal and when you merge.

The Forge

Nearly 150,000 creatures lost their game. Give one a new one.

Ragnarok: Monster World shut down on 29 December 2025. Its servers are gone, its metadata host is offline, its art CDN is offline. What survives is ~148,700 RagMon NFTs on Ronin that nothing can read and nothing can play.

A Nomgar

Same creature. Same level. A game to play it in.

The Forge reads your RagMon's species and level straight off the chain — the only place that truth still lives — burns the token, and mints you the matching Nomgar at the same level. A level 10 Baphomet forges a level 10 Ronke. The six Irochi skins carry across too.

Pay the forge fee in RON, USDC or WETH. One transaction, up to 20 at a time, no backend signer standing between you and the contract.

Every species plays differently — melee, ranged, tank, building. Soul Energy cost is the number in the corner; cheap cards cycle faster, expensive ones end games.

Getting started

From nothing to your first NFT

Just play

Open the game. You get an account and a starter deck immediately — no wallet, no email, no download.

Win things

Ranked wins pay Gold and drop chests. Chests, the daily shop and the gacha fill out your collection.

Bring a wallet

Connect a Ronin wallet with one signature and your Nomgars mint directly into it. No wallet? We can make you one — see the FAQ.

Seal them

Turn the creatures you've earned into real ERC-721s. We sign and pay the gas; they land in your wallet.

Questions

The honest answers

Do I need a crypto wallet to play?
No. The game creates a guest account and hands you a starter deck the moment you open it, and you can play ranked matches from there. A wallet only matters when you want to keep what you've earned as NFTs — and at that point we can make one for you from an email address, so you never touch a seed phrase unless you want to.
Does it cost anything?
Playing is free, and sealing your earned creatures on-chain is free too — we cover the gas. The things that cost money are optional: the Forge fee when you burn a RagMon, and Crystal packs in the shop (payable in RON, USDC or WETH). Nothing you can buy is required to compete.
What actually happens to my RagMon when I forge?
It is burned — permanently and irreversibly — by the real RagMon contract at 0x029b…4d23, and a Nomgar of the same species and level is minted to you in the same transaction. There is no undo. If your RagMon has sentimental or collection value to you as a RagMon, don't forge it.
Why should I trust that my Nomgars are really mine?
It depends which wallet you use, and we would rather say so than let you find out later.

Your own wallet — connect a Ronin wallet you already control and sealed Nomgars mint straight into it. They are ordinary ERC-721s: move them, sell them on any marketplace, hold them somewhere we cannot see. None of that depends on us.

A wallet we make for you — if you would rather not deal with wallets, we create a managed one from your email so you can play and seal without ever seeing a seed phrase. Be clear-eyed about what that is: we currently hold the keys, and there is no withdraw button yet. Your Nomgars are real tokens at a real address, but until export ships you cannot move them yourself. If that matters to you — and it reasonably might — use your own wallet from the start.

The contract addresses are at the bottom of this page. Read them before you believe any of this.
Is this a real game or a token with a game attached?
It's a real-time lane battler with deterministic rollback netcode, unit AI, spell targeting and a 3-minute match clock, and it is genuinely fun without owning anything. The chain part is about custody — who owns the cards — not about the gameplay loop.
What happens if this game shuts down too?
A fair question given how you probably got here. Your Nomgars are ERC-721s that exist independently of our servers, so they survive us; the species, level and origin RagMon are stored on-chain in the token itself rather than in metadata we host, which is precisely the failure that stranded ~148,700 RagMons. That is not the same as a promise the game will last forever — but it is the part we can actually guarantee.

Your deck is waiting.

Free, in your browser, right now. Bring a RagMon if you have one.
